  • Basic Website Data (Analytics): This data may be kept indefinitely for historical and security analysis purposes.

Your Right to Request Removal: Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to request the destruction or deletion of your information when it is no longer required by Steenekamp & Kloppers, subject to our overriding legal or regulatory obligations (such as the LPC’s 7-year retention rule).

  6. Lodge a Complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
